Nouveau Vegas

This took up entirely too much of my time (3 days!) because working in an entirely unfamiliar style is hard. Thankfully I have cheerleaders to spur me on with their heart emoticons and keyboard smashing on MSN :]

But it has been a while since I drew some Caesar and he is the best thing in Fallout <3

His pose is based on a statue of Julius Caesar .
